Return Process

  Log into your Flying Dreams account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your digital return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we prepare your refund or exchange.
